Publishing Workflows

Publishing workflows describe the complete process of going from a manuscript to a published book or article. They typically involve many steps like reviews, tool integrations, format conversions, and the production of publishing artifacts.

The collection offered here is intended as a resource for everybody involved with the creation and maintenance of such a workflow, including the tool makers whose software makes these processes possible. All workflows listed here are based on open source software and employ mostly open source components, which makes them sustainable and ensured a large degree of technical autonomy.
